As user of this website you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make are subject to our terms and conditions below
Ordering and acceptance procedure
Once a customer fills out a form with their personal details this will then go to our secure server requesting payment details. Once the customer clicks on submit, a confirmation email will then be sent out to you saying that we have received your order. This will include product details, price, delivery address and delivery date. It is then the customers responsible to check such information as incorrect details may result in a delay or non delivery. Any amendments or cancellations must be emailed to helpiammoving.com or eco-boxes.co.uk immediately. Once credit card details have been accepted then the customer will then get a separate email confirming this. Goods will then be dispatched on the requested date. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All prices quoted on the website are in GB pounds (£) sterling. Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) is included. Helpiammoving.com reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. If a particular item is out of stock then we will update our website a soon as possible to reflect this, if however you have placed an order within this time frame then we will contact you either by email or telephone. We will suggest a replacement or suitable upgrade but if you are not satisfied with this option then you have the right to cancel the order and a full refund will be given.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. We use a company called Sagepay to process the payment details. You can visit them at www.sagepay.co.uk. You may also pay by cheque or postal order but please note cheques must clear before the goods will be dispatched.

Next day delivery can be made throughout mainland U.K (excludes Scottish Highlands which can take 2-3 days) on orders taken up to 3.00pm the day before delivery (excludes Bank Holidays and Saturday or Sunday). If you place an order before 3.00pm on Friday then the earliest date we can deliver is on the Monday (except Bank Holidays in which case it would be Tuesday. You can request a Saturday delivery at an extra charge see details below. ) After 3.00pm on Friday then the earliest date we can deliver is on the Tuesday. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part but will give notice of non-acceptance to the customer by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours (on a working day). We will process your order once we have a completed order form and we have received payment confirmation. A confirmation page will be displayed at the end of your order before you click on submit, please check that all details are correct. A confirmation email will either be sent to you and once confirmation of payment a separate email will be sent. This will include product details, price, delivery address and delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to check this information as any incorrect information which delays the delivery is the responsibly of the customer.
Delivery of products to customers are only to mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Southern and Northern Ireland. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
We offer a next working day delivery if requested to mainland U.K (excludes Scottish Highlands which can take 2-3 days) subject to your agreement with the following:
- You are responsible for providing the correct details on the delivery address.
- If delivery is delayed due to no one being in to receive the item at that address this becomes your responsibility to re-arrange delivery.
- You must order before the cut off time which is 3.00pm on the previous day to the delivery day.
- We do not except liability for late delivery.
- In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order on your chosen date then we will contact you to arrange another time for delivery at your convenience.
If our chosen courier has attempted to deliver an item and left a card then this is seen as an attempted delivery. The courier may try to redeliver the next day, it is recommended that the customer calls them and requests to clarify a redelivery day. We are not responsible for items arriving the following day if an attempt has been made to deliver. If the item under these circumstances is no longer required than we can arrange for the item to be collected and a full refund of the pack excluding delivery costs will be given if we receive notice in the given period. Please note delivery cost will be deducted from the refund plus the delivery charge from our couriers to return
Limitation of liability for any loss or damage
Helpiammoving.com Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage including loss of profits or any other consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from the use or reliance on information provided or from any product supplied or errors or deficiencies in the web site whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
We require at least immediate notice (Monday to Friday) of order amendment or cancellation prior to the Delivery Date. In the event of the customer cancelling an order, Helpiammoving.com reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs accrued up to the time of cancellation.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Notification must be given to us within 14 days from the day after you receive the product. If the goods are faulty then we will arrange for collection. However if the goods are not faulty then the customer must pay for the delivery cost for returning the item and the original delivery cost. This also applies to our packing move kits where delivery is built into the price and it is approximately 30% of the total pack price. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. Please note to have an item returned to our depot will be at a cost of £18.00 plus the original delivery charge.
Refunds will only be given if the goods are in the original packaging, unused and in tact with the correct number of boxes in each pack. Goods being returned must be packaged up in the original packaging. If you have ordered goods and receive the wrong item then please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for the correct item to be dispatched. If possible please do not accept the parcel from the courier, this way the item can be returned to our depot.
Pages that request payment information are encrypted and protected using the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by Verisign. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software, which encrypts any data transmitted - please see below.
The secure socket layer (SSL) encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address.
